Up until about five years I had somewhat decent teeth and was not afraid to smile. But unfortunately one night I suffered a grand mal seizure which caused me to grind my teeth so much that it left a significant gap between my two front teeth. At first I thought I had imagined the change and simply ignored it. But eventually my family and friends started to notice the difference, which made me embarrassed and reluctant to smile. Thankfully, after having my teeth fixed I am no longer hesitant to smile. My overall self esteem has been raised and I am grateful to the skilled individuals who made this transformation possible.
